Combining for a Healthier New Hampshire
In October 2019 the well-recognized New Hampshire health care systems, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and GraniteOne Health, signed a formal combination agreement to create a New Hampshire-based health system in order to better serve the health care needs of New Hampshire residents and communities. A joint notice was filed in December, 2019 with the New Hampshire Attorney General, Director of Charitable Trusts, who will hold public regulatory hearings. The hearings were originally scheduled for March 30 (Manchester), April 1 (Peterborough), and April 6 (Wolfeboro). They have been postponed due to COVID-19. We will provide new dates as soon as possible.
Combining our systems will offer Granite Staters access to a broader array of clinical service and state-of-the-art care closer to home to create a healthier New Hampshire.
