Combining for a Healthier New Hampshire
In October 2019 the well-recognized New Hampshire health care systems, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health and GraniteOne Health, signed a formal combination agreement to create a New Hampshire-based health system in order to better serve the health care needs of New Hampshire residents and communities. A joint notice was filed in December, 2019 with the New Hampshire Attorney General, Director of Charitable Trusts, who will hold public forums. The forums were originally scheduled for March and April, 2020, but were postponed due to COVID-19. The forums recently took place for October 6 (Peterborough), October 7 (Manchester), and October 12 (Wolfeboro). Recordings of the public forums and updates on our progress are available on our news page.
Combining our systems will offer Granite Staters access to a broader array of clinical service and state-of-the-art care closer to home to create a healthier New Hampshire.
The combined organization, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health GraniteOne, will build upon 15 years of successful collaboration to meet the growing demand for coordinated, convenient and cost-effective primary and specialty care in New Hampshire. Learn more
